Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25 1943) was an American actor, voice-over artist and writer. In the course of her career that lasted for nearly five decades she had earned more than a hundred credits on her list of credits. Pleshette is a native of New York and began her acting career on stage. Later she began to make the gradual move to the big screen. The most viewed of her movies are Rome Adventure, The Birds, Fate Is the Hunter and If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium. Apart from her films she's appeared various TV roles as well as shows. Pleshette received 4 Emmy Awards nominations and was not only nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. After being nominated two times, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for 'The Birds'. Pleshette was laid to rest in 2008. She received an honorary Star on her death at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
